About Event

The India Spectrum Management Conference (ISMC) is an annual event that takes place in New Delhi, India, and serves as a prominent forum for discussing key issues on the spectrum policy. Attended by national, regional, and global spectrum leaders, the conference provides a high-level platform for exchanging best practices, networking, and engaging in debates that shape the spectrum ecosystem. At ISMC, attendees have the opportunity to connect with decision-makers and thought-leaders, as well as to stay informed about the latest developments in the field. Whether attendees are seeking to showcase their ideas, build new relationships, or increase brand exposure and reputation, ISMC is a not-to-be- missed event.

The management of spectrum is a crucial issue facing the telecommunications industry worldwide, and it is particularly relevant in India with the largest population in the world and with most of the highest populated cities.

India is one of the fastest-growing regions in the world for mobile communications. The World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC) is a gathering of member states of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) that meets every few years to set the international rules for the use of the radio spectrum. The next WRC, WRC-23, is scheduled to take place in November 2023, and there are several key issues facing the spectrum community that are likely to be addressed at this conference.
